This is a drawing that i challenged myself on because it’s not my normal style. But i thought that it would be cool to try to imitate the old cartoon look.

So this is the secret project you've working so hard on for the past week and a half. Great job!
A very animatable and expressive character.
Strong poses all around, although my favourite would have to be the one where he's holding the flower.
It would be cool to do an entire cartoon in that tonal value look you gave him. You would have the benefit of today's technology to get those clean lines and not have to worry about film static and graininess from mid centurary film projection. (Of course, if that's an effect you did want there's probaly an option for it in After Effects).
Also, I think 'Melvin' would have been a better name for this character, but that's just my opinion.

The second from last pose is definitely my favorite. Awesome character, I really want to see this guy come to life.
